"She believed she could, so she did."

International Women’s Day, celebrated globally on March 8th, honours the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. At our institute, Lords Universal Junior College of Commerce and Science, we marked Women’s Day by engaging our students in discussions aimed at raising awareness about women's equality and advancing gender parity.

The celebration commenced with a presentation highlighting the contributions and hard work of various inspirational women in India across different spheres of life. Following the presentation, a quiz was conducted, with students displaying great enthusiasm and participation.

Events such as these serve as powerful reminders, inspiring women of this generation to embody courage, compassion, and care while also emphasizing the importance of self-reliance and independence.
